Sally G. Primus, M.D.

Comprehensive Ophthalmology

Sally G. Primus, M.D. attended Indiana University School of Medicine where she completed her M.D. Degree and Ophthalmology Residency. Dr. Primus is a native of Evansville and returned to her hometown with her husband and children in July 2016 to practice Ophthalmology.

Kristy S. Porter, O.D.

Comprehensive Optometry and Contact Lens Services

Kristy S. Porter, OD, attended the University of Missouri-St Louis School of Optometry where she also completed a contact lens residency to expand her ability to provide extended contact lens related services.  She is a native of Eldorado, IL and has practiced in the Evansville area for more than 20 years.
